We guarantee every item made by Tobacco Motorwear. We believe in our products and stand by the materials, quality, and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. The product lifetime specifically refers to the date of purchase from Tobacco Motorwear or an authorized retail dealer, through normal use, when the product can no longer function in its intended purpose. The guarantee will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
We at Tobacco Motorwear understand that you work hard and ride hard, and want to make sure you are protected by the best gear we have to offer. We want to make sure we take care of you and get you back to what you do best… riding a motorcycle. However, there are a few situations that are not covered under our guarantee. These include animal damage, chemical damage, damage caused by mishandling via airline or third-party shipping companies, extreme wear, third-party alterations and customer alterations, or using the item for use other than its intended purpose. Likewise, fluctuations in fit, abuse of the product, factory seconds, and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered.
If a problem occurs with a Tobacco Motorwear product and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material or workmanship, we will, in our discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated here. This warranty applies only to the person who has purchased the Product or to the person who has received the Product as a gift.
Our guarantee applies to all Tobacco Motorwear items purchased online through our website or through an authorized Tobacco Motorwear retailer. Please note, every item is subject to an evaluation by our team.
We also cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or cost resulting from the use or loss of our products. Please note that general wear and tear, including but not limited to the breakdown of colors and materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by our warranties. Tobacco Motorwear will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent (including intentional damage to products, duplicate claims, and counterfeit products) or that violate our Terms of Use.
