• Tri-ventilation for superior breathabilityThis set fits both the Tobacco Ironside Armored Jeans and the Women's Boondocks.
The D3O® LP1 range utilizes the latest material innovation from D3O® which offers increased ventilation. CE certified to level 1 across ambient, wet and cold conditions, the D3O® LP2 pads, building on the tri-ventilation technology used in the LP1 range, offer similar breathability and comfort while meeting the highest certified level of motorcycle protection.
An advanced, patented polymer, CE-ratedD3O® impact protectors are the latest advancement in protective armor. D3O® impact protectors utilize intelligent molecules that lock together on impact. Because of this, the impact protector can be made thinner and lighter, making a jacket more comfortable and easier to wear. However, this decreased size does not come at the expense of impact protection.

They work, but the picture implies there is Velcro hook and loop to keep these from sagging in your pants. There is no Velcro, keep that in mind before purchasing.
I ordered the riding jeans and loved them, they fit true to size and they’re well made. I also ordered two sets of gloves but accidentally got them in the wrong size. I sent them back to be exchanged and 6 months later I still haven’t received the new sets. Despite this, I decided to order a replacement set to knee protectors for my jeans as I had misplaced one of mine, but they sent me elbow protectors instead. When I reached out to customer service regarding the gloves and the knee protectors, they informed me that they knowingly sent elbow protectors calming they are “exactly the same” which they are not. The knee protectors are larger and have velcro to secure inside the pocket. Regarding the gloves, I asked multiple times when I should expect them, but the best they could assure me was “soon”. Although I like their products, unfortunately their reliability is terrible and I’ve decided to just get my gloves and knee protectors elsewhere and take the loss.
The product itself works and feels great. I hope I don't ever need it for the intended purpose. The only think I'd like to see is a tad more Velcro surface as I felt it was moving from the position I originally set it. Not bad just a little.
Fits great in the tobacco jeans as well as jeans from other brands. Comfortable, flexible and reasonably priced. I use them anywhere they fit.
I have a better piece of mind knowing I'm wearing state of the art protective gear while riding.
So far… awesome. Comfortable right out of the box, look good, well made and super comfortable. Weight is good, not too heavy. I wear 36 in my day to day pants, 36 in the caballero fit perfectly. Rockin’ good jeans CR
I haven't been down in these (and I hope I never do), but they are a solid upgrade over the armor that came stock in the (brand to remain nameless)riding jeans I own. Perfect fit, soft and pliable, and they harden and tense up when some force is applied. Also $10 cheaper than comparable armor available elsewhere on the internet.
These are a great pair of jeans. They’re comfy, have great fit on and off the bike, all the armor sits in the right spots, and the knee pockets are well hidden.
LP1 is the best place to start for proaction. This is a great option and they fit nicely in the jeans with armor.
